About/Contact Kim Houston
(Poppke) considers acting and voice over work to be natural
extensions to her career at American Airlines. Primarily at
Headquarters in Ft. Worth, TX, she spent her early years working in
customer service at airports. As the former corporate authority on
airline acessibility, Kim enjoyed creating, developing, casting,
editing and delivering award-winning video training to employees and
managers throughout the airline.
Now on Leave of Absence
from AA, Kim is leveraging her specialized knowledge and the support
of national disability community leadership to help eliminate
"invisible barriers" to great customer service. She is thrilled to
be on the side of the camera that allows her to share someone else's
vision and become many different people.
